The Gibsons in Lockdown

Well here we are! Since April we've been in lock-down at home in our 4-room HDB flat in Singapore. This has been both a challenge and a joy.

A challenge in that we've had to adapt to being together at close quarters all the time plus adapting to new ways of working and studying. Praise God we've managed to adapt fairly well.
I (Tim) am now doing my pastoral responsibilities from home via WhatsApp and Zoom, "visiting" homes and cell groups and preparing virtual teaching and sermons.
Shendy is coming back into "house wife" mode, cooking all of us delicious food for our fuel plus doing her church ministry virtually!
Melody is working from home plus helping in the baking and cooking and the boys (Gideon and Matthew) are doing their studies online and via Zoom.

A joy in that we are spending more quality time together as a family and we have more time to fellowship with God individually and together.

We had planned to go on a trip to the UK in August/September including a trip to Italy for my nephew's wedding but this is all on hold at the moment due to COVID-19. Will update as we have more news!
